Alumnus John Sabo, an associate broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty recently closed the sale of a building off of Jermantown Road in Fairfax, Virginia.
"This is an incredible win for both Nova Labs and the City of Fairfax," Sabo said. "The building and the greater Fairfax area are well appointed to help advance the incredible mission of Nova Labs. And by welcoming the company and extending a relocation grant through Fairfax City's Economic Development Authority, the residents of Fairfax also greatly benefit from access to Nova Labs' services."
